Pyramids 0.9A fun, free solitaire card game
Pyramids is my version of the popular Photo Play cardgame "Fun Towers". This game is lots of fun, very easy to learn and doesn't take long to play, around 3 minutes per game. In short: it's an ideal time-waster! :-) You can download Pyramids for free by clicking here PyramidsSetup.exe (965 KB) When you have downloaded the file, run it to install it on your computer. Rules of the game
The objective of the game is simple: remove all the cards from the three pyramids to win. To remove a card from the pyramid its value has to be either one point higher or one point lower than the card currently on top of the right deck.
You lose when there are no cards left on the deck to the left or when there is no time left.
The game is played in two rounds, if you win a round you get to play a bonus-round for extra points.
How to play To start a new game, click Game -> New game. Once the cards have been shuffled and dealt click on the top card on the left deck to draw the first card and start the timer.
The card is placed face up on the deck to the right. To remove cards from the pyramid, you need to click a card whose value is either one point higher or one point lower than the top card on the right deck.
In this example, the only card that can be removed is the king
Click on the king to remove it from the pyramid, this card now is moved to the top of the right deck. For the next card, there are two options; the queen (one point lower) or the ace (one point higher)
When the two cards lying on top of a card are removed it gets turned face up, so in this case, I chose to remove the ace as this will turn a new card face up (the ace).
Since, in this example, there are no possibilities left to remove a card from the pyramid, draw a new card from the left deck to continue the game.
